Every Luggie scooter has a 14-character alphanumeric serial number (letters and numbers, no spaces). You can find your Luggie serial number in two places:
A. On the box
Your serial number can be located on the side of the box your Luggie was shipped in. Look for a label with a barcode and the 14-character serial number.
B. On the scooter (most common)
Follow these simple steps:
Tip: Write your serial number down or take a photo for future reference. It can save time if you ever need service or warranty support.
